Unfortunately, this old way of thinking persists in the dog breeder and veterinary world. Behavioral Science tells us that puppies go through a critical socialization period between 3 and 16 weeks. If a puppy is not exposed to the world around them during this period, they will be more fearful as adults. Puppies that missed proper socializations (exposure) during this period can display fear, anxiety, phobias and increased aggression.

We offer safe, developmentally appropriate socialization for puppies. All of our staff are fully trained in puppy development, behavior and health and supervised by a Certified Dog Trainer.
