Adult Dog Basics Training
Positive training methods from West Seattle’s best professional and loving dog trainers
We truly believe if you take the time to show a dog what you want, provide treats, praise, play, or affection when you see it, it will build a strong bond of trust that lasts a lifetime. Our training philosophy is built on using positive-reinforcement methods to help you see fewer unwanted behaviors and build a stronger, positive relationship with your dog.
Our adult dog classes are designed for dogs 5 months and older.

Proactive About Reactivity
Does your dog bark or lunge on walks—or even at the window? Our reactivity program helps you understand your dog’s behavior, read their body language, and build confidence with the world outside your home.
Start with a humans-only orientation to learn the basics and get set up for success. Then choose from in-person weekly classes, bi-weekly virtual sessions, private lessons, or a mix that fits your needs.
Once your dog gains confidence and skills, join our “meet ups” and “walk & play” sessions to practice in real-world settings!

Levels Program
In the Levels Classes, dogs learn the key skills to become calm, confident, and well-mannered companions in everyday life. We focus on practical manners like sit, down, stay, place, and walking nicely on leash—even around distractions, people, and other dogs. Pups practice greeting friendly strangers politely, ignoring tempting items on walks, coming when called, and relaxing while being handled or groomed. We also help dogs build confidence with separation and sudden noises, so they can stay composed in real-world situations. It’s a great class for dogs working toward their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) or just becoming the best version of themselves!
Our Levels program offers the most flexible group training around! With a membership, you can drop into classes as often as you like and progress at your own pace. If life gets busy or you want extra practice on a skill, no problem—just come when it works for you. All levels are included, so you and your dog can keep learning and advancing on your own schedule.
