How/Where do I create a Paw Partner profile?

If you go to the homepage of our website (westseattlewonderdogs.com), you can click on “Create a profile here” and it will direct you to the Paw Partner portal where you can sign up.

How do I send my dog’s vet records?

You can either upload them to your Paw Partner profile by logging into your account and clicking on “Upload Files” on the home page, or you can send them to info@westseattlewonderdogs.com.

How do I request a reservation?

Go to your Paw Partner profile, click the “Training” button, then “select a service”. Choose the date and time you would like and click “select this training course,” scroll to the bottom of the screen and push the “save and continue" button.

How do I purchase a package?

Go to your Paw Partner profile, go to “Package Credits” on the homepage and purchase the package you would like. You can also save a card to your file for all future purchases.

What vet records do you require?

For young puppies and teens new to play, we require records that show they are on time for all of their vaccinations (Bordetella, DHLPP, and eventually Rabies), and a recent fecal exam (within the last 30 days) that is negative for Giardia and parasites. For older puppies/dogs who are not attending play, we require records showing they have completed all of their vaccinations.

How do you clean your facility?

We vacuum and sanitize the floor inside, and we sanitize all areas where hands commonly touch. We use a broad spectrum pet/human safe disinfectant that effectively kills canine parvovirus (Parvo), canine Distemper virus, influenza viruses and most strains of salmonella and staphylococcus and other pathogenic microorganisms.

Are masks required?

No, but they are strongly recommended.
